Quote Hunting: A Court of Wings and Ruin

quote-hunting

So hiiii, it’s time for another quote hunting!

As you can wildly guess, it’s A Court of Wings and Ruin quote hunting, and I should confess to you that I didn’t focus myself much on finding quotes when I was reading the book. I was so immersed into the plot I probably lost some. Nonetheless, let’s do it!

As usual, this is a spoiler alert. If you haven’t read ACOWAR yet, feel free to skip this post.

Tag Thursday: I Dare You book tag

tag-thursday

Finally I’m back with another Book Tag!

I saw Kelly @Kelly’s Rambles doing it, and I decided that I’d give it a try, too!
I have some more tags to do in the future, and I hope you like my answers~

Let’s get into it!

I Dare You book tag

Rules:

  • You must be honest
  • You can’t not answer a question
  • You have to tag at least four people (which I probably won’t do)

Hey folks!

Sorry for my sudden disappearance from WordPress and lack of activity here, but I got on blogging slump after coming back from my trip to Danang city (lol, what an excuse), but now I’m completely ready to push myself back to ranting here, and so, let’s do our usual routine: memes, reviews and discussions!

So this week’s prompt from The Broke and the Bookish Top Ten Tuesday is:

Hi!

A new week has started, and I have some announcements to make!
This Friday evening I’ll leave for a short vacation with my best friend to Danang city, where we will chill, probably take lots of photos, and just enjoy the time together! Meaning that I’ll probably be off from social media such as instagram and twitter. I will still surf all updates from you guys, but won’t be able to update myself, except for, maybe, instagram stories. I will come back next Tuesday afternoon, so I am currently scheduling my blog except for The Sunday Post, which will be later combined with next week’s one!

So now let’s get into this week’s prompt for Top Ten Tuesday, that is:

10 Things That Will Make Me Instantly NOT Want To Read A Book

HOW COULD YOU WAIT FOR A WHOLE YEAR FOR ACOWAR?

And I’m really sorry, but I’m unable to keep the spoilers away from this review, so if you haven’t read the book yet, open this post at your own risk.

Tag Thursday: Rapid Fire Book Tag

tag-thursday

It’s been quite a long time since I’ve done a Tag Thursday, and since I haven’t been tagged by anyone particularly, I just picked a Tag I wanted to do out of those I’ve seen 😉

Also I will change my policy towards tagging, as I won’t pick people to do tags anymore, thus giving you all the choice of either getting yourself tagged, or ignoring completely. Because it’s really hard to keep a track of people you already tagged at previous memes.

So, let’s get onto this tag I picked from Beth @Reading Every Night!

Okay.

I have way too many books I got a long time ago, but still never get to read them. Question is, why you buy them even???

I DON’T KNOW, I JUST BUY THEM

Okay, so that’s why we have this meme going on and on and on.

Hola world! /how about I will greet you in different languages?/

I ended up buying too many books this month. AGAIN.
Well, that’s who bookworms are, right?

But we’re here today to take out books that’ve been on our shelves for way too long, right? So let’s get to it!

Hi, and welcome back to my weekly Wednesday Shelf Control!

I need to confess. I have so many books, I constantly buy them, but the problem is, I almost never get to read them, and they keep staying lonely on my shelf, waiting for that D-day when I decide I want to read them. /sigh/ I’m such a potato.
