Well, hello again, book lovers, here we are again with a monthly book haul and wrap-up! Woo-hoo!
Don’t you think that April somehow went way too quickly? Except for the last two weeks, of course, when it’s LESS THAN 10 DAYS until ACOWAR release! GOOOOSH I’M SO READY AND AT THE SAME TIME NOT READY AT ALL
Okay, shall we see what I did thoughout April?
Book haul
Again. Somebody went head over heels on purchasing stuff. But this month was special, because I also purchased some bookish merches, and even a subscription box from Fairyloot! Will do an unboxing post later, as I come back from my short vacation~

So this month I bought:
Physical copies
- White Bim Black Ear by Gavriil Troyeponski
- A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
- A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas
- Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them textbook by J.K. Rowling, that includes 6 new beasts (this one was pre-ordered because it came with two awesome prints of Newt’s suitcase on one side, and two beasts on the other side: a Niffler and a Thunderbird!)
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling (2014 hardcover edition)
- Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman
- Empress of a Thousand Skies by Rhoda Belleza
- Invisible Planets by Ken Liu
- Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

Reading, Blogging and Bookstagram Wrap-up
Reading Wrap-up
Wow, what a tough month… Well, obviously I failed my TBR list so hard I’m not even sure if there’s a need to come up with May one… I didn’t expect liking ACOTAR so much I would sit impatiently for the last 2 weeks waiting for ACOWAR GDLKHGLERHGREHGKEHGHWHATISGOINGON
But so far I’ve read only 3 books, and I’m currently reading (or attempting to read) 2, but the second I get a copy of ACOWAR, every current read I have at that moment will be put on hold so I can dig myself into my faves Feyre, darling and Illyrian baby story ❤
Find my full reviews for:
- Die Seiten Der Welt by Kai Meyer
- A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
- A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas
Blogging Wrap-up
I wasn’t much active on blog due to both health reason and poor time management, but still, in April I posted 26 times (not including this post), mostly memes.
Memorable entries to check out:
- Do The Talking: How to deal with a book hangover (and not die from that in misery)
- Do The Talking: Following the mainstream (Or why I don’t read books I see everywhere at the same time with the world)
- Top Ten Tuesday: Things That Will Instantly Make Me Want to Read A Book
- Top Ten Tuesday: Things That Will Make Me Instantly NOT Want To Read A Book
- Quote Hunting: A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas
Also, I got nominated several times!
Thank you so much for your support! ❤
Bookstagram Wrap-up
I can say that I was pretty much active on my bookstagram, trying to interact with other fellow bookworms as much as possible, and probably thanks to that and a massive shoutout session I’m currently having throughout the past and this week that I’ve surpassed the 200 followers counter! So thrilled!
Check out my top picks for April, and for more photos, make sure you’re still following or started following my bookstagram!
I will mention in the Let’s chat section that I’VE RECEIVED MY FIRST EVER SUBSCRIPTION BOX, and it’s such a wonderful experience! Thanks, Fairyloot! I will make a separate post for unboxing and unveiling everything included in their April’s box, so look forward to it in May!
How was your month?
Much love, and I shall see you in May,
I was wondering why Fantastic Beasts was out of print. I guess they were doing a new release!

They already released this one, so yeah, but I still think they will try to make profit with first edition, because it’s _the first_. Not sure though 😀
